Health may be defined in many different ways, and it is a very narrow word, some people will define health depending on their own personal beliefs, experience and ethics. For example, a person may see himself healthy when he or she is fat; someone will also say he or she is not healthy when he or she has a physical disability – thus health is viewed differently.

Though, health is defined by each individual in many different ways it is very essential that one must realize that maintaining a good health is very crucial for human survival throughout the course of time.

People from distinct places, distinct races and even distinct age groups are more incline to ascertain essentials that would give them awareness on how to preserve the regime of being healthy. And it is very significant that everyone should show concern on their general physical condition; in mind and in the body, in dealing with presence and absence of illness, and in maintaining the proper function of all body parts to achieve optimum health.

One should possess a positive healthy behavior in order to enhance his or her level of health to achieve optimum wellness, which means that there is a balance within the body functions from the internal and external environment.
